The first release of hopit. Edge

After three years of development and lots of tests, the first public release of hopit Edge is available to download.

Hopit Edge turns any PC into an industrial Edge Device. Connections from Beckhoff, Siemens or B&R PLC's to local dashboards and cloud services like the Azure IoT Hub or other MQTT Brokers can be easily configured without any programming knowledge. With the integrated digital Device Twin, the remote management of Edge Devices becomes simple and scalable.

The full power of hopit Edge can be used on Beckhoff IPC's, where a complete industrial DevOps process including HIL Tests can be used to roll-out TwinCAT Projects and security updates at scale.
